Payment terms

Payment must be made in full upon placement of the order and before the delivery is scheduled. Payment can be made by cash, card or BACs transfer. If you wish to pay in cash, this must be brought to the factory, we cannot accept cash on delivery. A full VAT invoice will be issued which you must keep as proof or purchase and to validate your guarantee (if applicable).

Payment terms

Prices quoted are ex works, delivery can be arranged via one/two person delivery and installation services. Disposal of old items is possible, please call for a quote. Unfortunately neither Burgess nor our courier partners are able to install wall mounted headboards. This is due to the variability in wall condition, type or possible location of utility services within client properties. Where wall mounting is required, we recommend that you appoint a local qualified tradesperson at your own cost.
